Our Trajectory

PiTEGRITY: A benchmark in reliability and operational integrity

We work to ensure your industrial assets operate safely, efficiently, and with integrity.

PiTEGRITY was born with a clear vision: to raise the standards of integrity and safety in the petrochemical industry. With over 19 years of accumulated experience, we began by providing maintenance and inspection consulting services, and today we lead comprehensive solutions in asset management and pipeline transportation.

At PiTEGRITY, we combine engineering, technology, and experience to deliver concrete results. From technical assessment to the execution of special projects, every action is designed to increase productivity and protect what matters most: people, assets, and the environment.

Pitegrity's Experience in Piggability Analysis

Pitegrity's experience in piggability analysis covers a variety of systems and operational challenges, highlighting our ability to optimize cleaning, inspection, and fluid displacement processes in pipelines.

  • System: 6″ low-pressure gas pipeline, 17 km long, with 7 well connections along its route.
  • Project Description: Assessment of operational conditions and system characteristics to generate cleaning recommendations and procedures enabling efficient and safe future pigging activities.
  • System: 6″ gas pipeline, 19.5 km long, featuring heavy wall sections, bends, and tees.
  • Project Description: Assessment of operational conditions and system characteristics to determine pigging feasibility. Pathfinder intrusive technology inspection identified restrictive fittings. Report with modification recommendations led to successful inspection.
  • System: 22″ crude oil pipeline, 357 km long, distributed in three sections.
  • Project Description: Facing the client's need for external repairs and risk reduction, water displacement of a section was required. Comprehensive system evaluation proposed operational conditions and tools to create an appropriate water batch for safe execution.
  • System: 22″ crude oil pipeline, 357 km long, distributed in three sections.
  • Project Description: Client planned replacement of a pipeline section in a reservoir, a difficult-access area with high environmental criticality. Requested crude displacement option including cleaning with water and chemical batch propelled by nitrogen to enable dismantling. Detailed procedure presented with required tools, equipment, and system pressure scenario evaluations.
  • System: 12″-14″ biodiesel pipeline, 767 meters long, from ship unloading to tank, with 3-way valve branches for multiple clients.
  • Project Description: After client system modifications for ship product reception, evaluated feasibility and proposed changes to ensure safe biodiesel displacement with pigs using nitrogen, guaranteeing empty pipeline post-unloading for multiple users. Included custom pig design and supply, procedure generation (launch, tracking, reception, risk assessment, stuck pig contingency), and personnel training.
  • System: 16″ offshore gas pipeline, 126 km long (from platform to onshore station).
  • Project Description: Piggability evaluation for cleaning activities using temporary traps and connections, followed by permanent traps. Proposed modifications, supplied pigs, and generated procedures (launch, tracking, reception, risk assessment, stuck pig contingency). Also provided field supervision of cleaning operations and operator training.
  • System: 8″ subsea gas pipeline, 18 km long (from wellhead to platform).
  • Project Description: Piggability evaluation for cleaning and condensate displacement activities using subsea launcher trap and platform reception. Developed multiple intervention scenarios and procedures, assessing operational, technical variables, and platform waste handling. Recommended pigs, launcher traps, and reception/diversion procedures with waste management via main 16″ line to onshore.
